Grupo ZFB, committed to the development of ethical and responsible business practices, has established a zero-tolerance policy for corruption in any form (e.g., bribery, smuggling, money laundering, etc.) as a strategic guideline. It also prioritize its relationship with stakeholders based on mutual respect, continuous dialogue, and ethical behaviors that foster sustainable long-term relationships.

  2. Implementation and monitoring of the Code of Good Corporate Governance for Zona Franca de Bogotá and Desarrolladora de Zonas Francas.
  3. Development, execution, and monitoring of the Stakeholder Anti-Corruption, Ethics and Engagement Program (PAER in Spanish) to mitigate identified risks.
  4. Establishment of the Grupo ZFB Ethics Committee as the body responsible for promoting and implementing the policy.
  5. Creation and dissemination of a new communication channel for all stakeholders to report violations of the policy, as well as improper practices or omissions that may jeopardize the Group.
