These units make up our business group, which operates with 8 companies, now known under the umbrella of the “Grupo ZFB” brand.
Zona Franca de Bogotá S. A.
Responsible for the direction, management, supervision and development of one or more free trade zones. Established in January 1993.
Construcciones en Zonas Francas S. A. S.
Responsible for the development in Free Trade Zones through processes of urbanization and construction of infrastructure and buildings on its own or third-party properties. Established in July 2010.
Proinversiones
Responsible for the development of urbanization projects and construction of infrastructure and buildings on its own or third-party properties in the national customs territory. Established in April 2014.
Desarrolladora de Zonas Francas
Responsible for structuring ZFB Group’s projects, as well as managing and optimizing assets and coordinating the promotion and sale of the group’s products and services. Established in May 2006.
IFOU Usuario Operador
Responsible for the management of the Femsa Free Trade Zone. Established in June 2011
El Dorado Usuario Operador
Responsible for the management of the Sanilia Free Trade Zone. Established in July 2015.
Technology Services
Responsible for the management and operation of data centers on its own or third-party properties. Established in October 2014.
Capital Partners
Responsible for the professional management of the private equity fund. Established in December 2020.
