• In accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, Decree 1074 of 2015, and other complementary provisions, I hereby declare that I freely and voluntarily provide Grupo ZFB, including all parent and subsidiary companies, as well as other companies with which there is coordination and control or participation in commercial companies or nonprofit entities, with non-sensitive personal data that may include the following:

Name, identification number, address, telephone number, physical or postal address, email, contact information, position within the company, salary, marital status, photo, blood type, Tax Identification Number (R.U.T.), and your personal image may be captured by cameras installed in Grupo ZFB offices when you visit our premises.

• Information sent to us or accessed through databases of universities, websites, or social networks such as LinkedIn, ElEmpleo.com, and other platforms where you have provided your Personal Data.
• Financial information when necessary for payment or invoicing, including your bank account numbers, banks where you hold accounts, and bank and trade certification letters.

Other data required for the normal development of the relationship between the data holder and Grupo ZFB. For the purposes of this authorization, Copropiedad Zona Franca Bogotá and Fundación Zona Franca de Bogotá are also part of Grupo ZFB, and I authorize them to process my personal data, if applicable. I expressly authorize Grupo ZFB to collect, classify, store, use, archive, and process my personal data, either directly or through third parties, for the following purposes: Access and use the personal information provided by customers, partners, or stakeholders when entering into contracts, in order to fulfill the obligations arising from those contracts.

• Access and use the personal information provided by visitors upon entry or registration through Grupo ZFB’s virtual platforms.

• Offer deals and promotions.

• Conduct evaluations and/or surveys related to the satisfaction level of customers and visitors regarding products and services provided.

• Send legal and commercial communications related to products and services provided. 
• Perform customer analysis and profiling to define products and services that meet their needs.

• Send communications regarding activities and events organized by Grupo ZFB. 
• Conduct market research and consumer habits analysis, statistical analysis, characterizations, and reports on customer and employee behavior for the normal development of the contractual relationship.

  Regarding the Personal Data collected and processed, and in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, I have been informed that I have the following rights:

• Know, update, and correct my Personal Data. I can exercise this right, among others, regarding information that is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, split, misleading, or whose processing is prohibited or unauthorized. 
• Request proof of the consent granted for the collection and processing of my Personal Data.

• Be informed by Grupo ZFB about the use given to my Personal Data. 
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in the event of a violation by Grupo ZFB of the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, Decree 1074 of 2015, and other regulations that modify, add or complement them.

• Revoke the authorization granted for the processing of my Personal Data.

• Request to be removed from its database.

• Access my Personal Data that Grupo ZFB has collected and processed.

  Grupo ZFB will only use Personal Data within the scope of the authorized purposes and will only disclose it to clients or third parties when necessary for the ordinary course of Grupo ZFB‘s operations, and to judicial and administrative authorities when required by court or administrative order. Grupo ZFB will safeguard and protect the Personal Data received at its premises, limiting its use and disclosure to the authorized purposes. By signing this document, I hereby authorize Grupo ZFB to collect and process my Personal Data in accordance with the privacy policy or information processing policy of Grupo ZFB, available on the website www.grupozfb.com. Grupo ZFB also has security cameras in its premises through which your personal image will be recorded each time you visit. Only the Grupo ZFB’s Security Department will have access to the personal images of people visiting the premises. The personal images of individuals visiting the premises will be recorded on the DVR located at Carrera 106 No. 15ª -25, Casillero 3, in Bogotá, D.C., for eight (8) days, and will be automatically deleted thereafter, unless there is a violation or suspicion of a violation of implemented security measures, in which case they may remain recorded until the situation that gave rise to the suspicion is definitively resolved or clarified. In order to exercise the rights described above, make inquiries, or file claims related to my Personal Data collected and processed, I have been informed that I can contact the Grupo ZFB Data Protection Officer at habeasdata@grupozfb.com. Taking the above into account, I voluntarily, priorly, explicitly, informedly, and unequivocally authorize GRUPO ZFB to collect and process my personal data for the aforementioned purposes, as well as to contact me through telephone, electronic means (SMS, email, and other electronic media), physical means, and/or in person.
